Great location for skiing with kids, beautiful view of Gross Arber, good breakfasts, polite and helpful staff, warm and clean room, delicious and varied food.

The hotel's stunning views of the snowy mountains were one of the best aspects. , the free access to the swimming pool and sauna was a nice perk. The helpful staff members ensured we had a comfortable stay.
The rooms were quite small and lacked basic amenities. Plus, the hotel's remote location made it difficult to find alternative dining options.

Great breakfast and free parking. The location is perfect for hiking in the mountains, close to beautiful trails. The staff was friendly and helpful.
No air conditioning in the rooms, which made it uncomfortable during hot summer nights. The room lacked some basic amenities like a hair dryer and sufficient electrical outlets.

The surrounding area of the hotel has opportunities for outdoor activities, but the small children's corner next to the restaurant was not nice.
